Siebel Email Responses solution

• • Integration with Microsoft 365 using Oauth2.0 IMAP server (uses custom integration adapter to overcome basic auth limitation in older siebel versions)

  • Exposed Siebel email responses workflow  for web-based form processing as an  inbound web service .

  • Emails are  sensitive data so there are added restrictions from Microsoft for these data types.

  • On top of it Shared Mailboxes also has extra restrictions from Microsoft.

  • This solution is not using IMAP or POP3 protocol, it relies on read/unread messages logic for moving messages once processed to other folders.

  • Junk emails filter - offloaded  to  MS365 shared mailbox rules 

  • Solution is flexible to be deployed in Linux or windows environment and can accommodate   variety of business requirements either at Daemon app or workflows
